Order cancellations due to high risk occur when our payment verification system detects higher-than-average risk associated with the transaction. These security measures are in place to help protect all of our customers.
If any funds were temporarily charged to your credit or debit card, they will be refunded within 48 hours of the cancellation.
To successfully place a new order, we recommend using a paper check or bank wire transfer. Once you’ve completed an order using one of these methods, you’ll then be eligible to make future purchases with a credit or debit card.
