I have purchased 4 of these items since 24 Feb.
I have bought two on auto buy (24 Feb and 24 Mar) and two stand alone orders.
I have received all items ordered to date except for the 24 Mar order.
I received notification on 2 Apr that the 24 Mar order shipped.
I expect to receive it within the next couple of days.
My only complaint thus far with JM Bullion is that it takes 5-6 days once the funds have left my account for JMB to process my shipment.
I asked JMB customer service about this and the reasoning was explained to me but not to my satisfaction.
It seems an organization as large as JMB would be able to process payments a lot quicker than you do.
Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.
The products I have received thus far have been discreetly packaged and we have been very satisfied with each thus far received.

Easy to buy & check out. Paper check option is helpful to minimize cost. Too bad that ACH payment is intrusive. When you read the conditions, it allows the 3rd party service to access too much of your bank info.
