The information on the web site was clear and easy to find. The ordering, checkout and payment went smoothly. The time it took to process the order was longer than I would like but reasonable, especially given it was a pre-order situation. My only concern was that the packaging of the order was not as good as I would have expected in some ways. The outer package was very good and did protect the items. The inner packaging was thin cardboard box that had partially collapsed. Inside that the items were in plastic sleeves contained in plastic bags so there was no damage. The thin box just seemed a bit underwhelming for $9000 worth of merchandise.

First non-US gold coin I purchased - I did so since there was an special, at spot, price. Upon inspection the coin met my expectations. The only improvement that I can think of is a quickier delivery time. I purchased the coin using the eCheck method which took several days to clear and the delivery time seemed too long - from purchase to delivery it took two weeks.
